USER Ltd is a company with a passion for making safety simple. Our belief is that health and safety should be a shared responsibility and our aim is to continue to develop products that help us all enjoy safer lives.

Our core aims are:

As a socially responsible business, USER Ltd promotes pro-activity in creating safer working and living, recyclable products which support green issues, fair employment policies, ethically produced products and simple solutions in a complicated world. No training is required with USER’s products and because the GREEN, AMBER and RED lights are internationally recognised, USER overcomes all language barriers ensuing that anyone in the world will know whether something is safe or not.

The USER products are available in a variety of formats including 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and 2 years. They can be calibrated to other time periods and the format and design of the product can also be changed. For example, USER could be supplied in the shape of a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm or mini digger! Simply talk to us if you feel you would like a different design.

Based in Coventry, USER Ltd is a dynamic and ambitious business. Its management team has a strong balance between product development, finance, operations and marketing.

Dave Wilson, Managing Director, has an established track record of running successful businesses and is a born entrepreneur. It was Dave that devised the idea for USER and he is spearheading the development of a total portfolio of ‘easy to use’ products to promote shared responsibility for our health and well-being.

Mike Arch, Finance Director, was previously in senior roles with HSBC and an investment manager with ACF. Bringing with him a very strong career in turning great ideas into highly successful businesses, Mike has experience of dealing with major corporates and growth strategies both in the UK and across the Globe.

Steve Greenall, Operations Director, has wide-ranging operations and logistics expertise. With a career that spans a broad cross section of industries including publishing, the creative professions and logistics, Steve continues to ensure that all aspects of USER’s business adhere to models of operational best practice.
